Neil Dempster is a student of the behavioral components of success—how to achieve peak performance in a changing world. He is a keynote speaker, trainer, author and consultant. Over the past decade, Neil has designed and delivered over a thousand presentations to organizations around the world.
Neil's passion for growing and stretching the limits of human potential shines through his energetic, humorous, and highly motivational delivery style. His approach consistently inspires audiences to explore all the possibilities of personal and professional growth. His most recent project was to spearhead the development of EffortQuest, a DVD series that uses a blended-learning approach to build a culture of commitment and higher performance.
Neil’s educational background includes Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and he is currently in the dissertation phase for a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. This unique educational blending has earned him the distinction of bringing “logic to soft skills.” His clients count on his uncanny ability to simplify the complex human behavioral aspects of life and work. Neil has delivered training programs for private and public sector organizations both large and not-so-large; he has implemented performance improving strategies within high-tech and low-tech industries; and he has been credited for unparalleled results in both unionized and non-unionized work environments.
